With a long-held interest and passion for the apparel and fashion industry, Glenn studied at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology. At 26, he followed his dream to start his own business and Jump Apparel was born. A hands-on leader, he has steered the company's ongoing success and growth from day one. While setting strategic direction, Glenn continues to play an active role in design and sales for all of Jump's brands.

A visionary in the fashion industry, Glenn is passionate about mentoring new talent. Actively involved at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Glenn speaks at numerous fashion programs and frequently introduces students to Jump's facilities to experience the industry first-hand.

Glenn is also an active member of The Chief Executive Officers Group, The Young Presidents Organization and The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.


An apparel industry operations leader, Peter is responsible for creating the infrastructure and positioning Jump for accelerated growth. Peter brings his expertise in strategic implementation to Jump focusing on continuous process improvement and scalability. Peter has spent his career identifying, anticipating and remedying operational issues.

Prior to Jump, Peter spent 30 years as Chief Operating Officer at Carole Hochman Design Group where he developed a global sourcing matrix, recruited talented senior-level leaders, and positioned the company for a successful sale.

Peter is also an active member of the board and former Chairman of American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA).


Leading the creative process for all special occasion dressing, from inception to mass production since 2001, Wendye has helped fuel Jump's success. As Design Director, Wendye is an integral part of launching virtually all of Jump's brands. Wendye has 26 years of apparel and product development experience, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She also worked as a costume designer and consultant for several films, including one based on the inner workings of the fashion industry, which used Jump Design as its inspiration.
